大立光2天完成填息 蘋概股精神指標

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北7日電）台股股王大立光今天除息第2天，早盤受到美股反彈激勵下以3885元開出，順利完成填息，為蘋概股精神指標，後續反彈續航力，外資買盤為觀察重點。
大立光2018年每股盈餘181.67元，今年每股配發68元，6日進行除息，受到美中貿易戰加劇一度大跌逾4%，呈現貼息窘境，所幸尾盤由黑翻紅重回填息軌道；今天開盤即順利填息，比去年多花一天完成填息。
大立光今天早盤以3885元上漲60元開盤，一度衝上3900元，唯4000元關卡未能越過，完成填息任務後短線賣壓出籠壓抑反彈走勢，截至9時35分止，股價一度由紅翻黑，抑壓蘋概股反彈走勢，顯見市場信心依舊脆弱。
回顧大立光過去7年除息首日股價表現，有4次收漲，3次收跌，漲跌互見；其中有4次除息當日就完成填息。2017年除息當天僅花2分鐘就完成填息，表現最猛，2018年配息72.5元僅10分鐘內完成填息也相當強勢。填息最慢是2013年的73天，其次是2016年的22天。
大立光7月營收受惠客戶新機進入拉貨期，月增達34%表現算亮眼，展望8月，大立光表示，因應旺季需求目前持續維持全產能生產狀態，並將持續逐月開出新產能，8月營收預估將較7月再成長。（編輯：李信寬）1080807
痴漢退散！透明印章上市.蓋章「認證」性騷擾
日本的「痴漢」行為讓許多通勤女性相當困擾，遭遇痴漢時，往往因為害怕與他人眼光，而不敢大聲呼求。近來因為一篇用「安全別針擊退痴漢」的PO文，讓日本網路上再討論起如何制伏痴漢；沒想到話題引起文具商注意，業者更認真開發起相關商品。廣納網友建言後，文具商做出了「痴漢印章」，採用特殊的透明印泥，蓋下之後完全無色，但在紫外線燈底下卻會清楚顯示痕跡，達到嚇阻痴漢的效果，不少女性都讚不絕口，500個印章更在半小時內就被搶光。

這是你我都聽過的「痴漢」，在日本每天都在發生，幸運的有警察能幫忙；勇敢一點的，自己兇起來抓現行犯。
但在羞愧與恐懼之下，大多數的受害女性往往不敢出聲，選擇默默承受，而「痴漢」行為也就像是日本的一種另類電車文化，讓女性難以擺脫。

雖然一直以來，警察與鐵路公司積極宣導，呼籲女孩拿出勇氣撲滅痴漢，但成效還是有限。到底怎麼樣才能有效擊退痴漢？
NHK主播：「學生向保健室的老師說『當下我太害怕叫不出聲』，老師建議『那就拿安全別針刺他！』。」
有網友分享學校保健室老師的「妙方」，在網路引發正反兩方熱列討論，有人提議不如蓋他印章；而話題也傳到了文具製造商耳裡，業者PO文表示要設計專門對付痴漢的商品。
NHK主播轉述網友留言：「最好做成戒指，或是能裝在手掌的樣式。印泥最好也能附著在衣服或皮革上，因為那個瞬間很難想到要蓋在哪。希望印泥在清洗時能產生些什麼反應。」
結合了廣大網友的建言，經過三個月的開發，這項女性電車族福音終於誕生。
文具製造商公關部長 山口高正：「就是這一個。就是它嗎？外觀跟一般印章沒什麼差別。」
看起來沒什麼特別的「痴漢印章」，神奇之處在於蓋下去之後不會顯示印泥，雖然看似完全透明，但如果用紫外線燈照射，蓋章地方就會出現手掌圖示。
文具製造商公關部長 山口2019趨勢商品高正：「因為超值推薦有意見表示如果誤蓋了怎麼辦，所以我們開發了無色透明的印泥。」
考量到痴漢冤罪的可能性，因此特別使用透明印泥，以避免在擁擠的電車中，因為慌亂而蓋錯清白乘客。
日本上班族：「如果別人送我的話我會用耶。」
文具商製作500個「痴漢印章」在網上試售，沒想到開賣不到半小時，全部被搶購一空，也讓業者驚訝，原來這麼多人都深受其擾。不過雖然有了印章能嚇阻痴漢行為，但專家提醒要擊退痴漢，還是得從自己做起。
生活安全顧問 佐伯幸子：「如果妳先想好要怎麼面對，當妳反推回去時就能找到應對方法，譬如『我絕不原諒，我要反抗』，那平時就先沙盤推演好，要準確鎖定犯人，同時小心別冤枉他人，並請求周圍協助，而且一定要通報警察。我希望是能思考到這麼完備才搭電車。」
專家強調印章畢竟是治標不治本，想要打擊痴漢，最好的方法就是勇敢面對，把鹹豬手繩之以法，才不會一時放過又產生更周年慶刷卡購買優惠多痴漢受害者。
